    Read and agree to the rental terms, conditions, and liability waiver.

    After payment is completed, you will receive an email from Akumal Scooters including your payment receipt, booking confirmation number, and pickup/return details.

    Security deposits are fully refunded within 2–5 business days after the scooter is returned in good condition with no damage, loss, or policy violations.

Frequently Asked

Do I need a license to ride?

No special license is required for electric scooters in Mexico. All operators must be over the age of 18.

Is it safe to ride in Akumal?

Yes, Akumal is a small, laid-back beach town with relatively low traffic. Please obey all local traffic laws and ride safely.

Where can I ride my scooter?

Scooters can be ridden on the beach road in Akumal Bay and Half Moon Bay. Crossing the highway bridge is not permitted. Scooters must remain on the beach road, and are not suited for off-road or beach riding.

What if the scooter breaks down or I get a flat?

The G2 features self-healing tubeless tires, so flats are extremely rare. If anything goes wrong, call or WhatsApp us and we'll assist.

Can I ride at night?

Yes! The scooter has a powerful LED headlight, tail light, and integrated turn signals. We recommend sticking to well-lit roads after dark.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your rental. Same-day cancellations receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.
